Lambeth – Robinson and Minns not invited

Canon Chris Sugden, of Anglican Mainstream, the orthodox lobby group, said: “The Archbishop is in a very difficult position. The Daily Telegraph reports that the bishops of the Anglican Mission in America are also not being invited.

AM website comment: “If the Bishops of CANA and Amia are not invited, what then of those who consecrated and commissioned their Bishops who sit in the Nigerian and Rwandan House of Bishops? If Gene Robinson is not invited, what of those sixty bishops who consecrated him? And if all three groups are not invited, is not a moral equivalence being made between immoral living and ecclesiastical irregularity? The Windsor Report dismissed such equivalence.”
