‘Safe Schools’ Czar and ‘The Promise’
Jim Hoft has done some fine detective work in highlighting the very unsafe material promoted by GLSEN under "Safe Schools Czar" Kevin Jennings. One of the items uncovered by Jim is found by scrolling down this link. It portrays what is described as "A work of art showing a Boy Scout giving a salute behind two men kissing passionately". This would be bad enough, but it is not the full interpretation of the picture. For the boy is giving the salute not of the Scouts (three fingers together), but of the Cub Scouts (two fingers in a vee). Cub Scouts in the USA are in the age range 7 – 10 years.This means that the book promoted by GLSEN is not only overtly trying to pressurise the Scouting movement into facilitating same-sex sexual activity, but also covertly indicating its desire to extend this to the boys under 10 years of age. The deeper one goes into this whole business the worse it gets.
